In MyNavtrak, you can find out nearly all you need to know about a vehicle's current status in just a few clicks. Mousing over a vehicle will reveal its name, and a click on the name bubble will reveal its current location, engine status, speed (if moving), and the date and time.
You can also perform important functions such as "pinging" to find your vehicle's exact current location, locating the closest vehicle to it, and editing the vehicle's properties by clicking on the drop-down menu in the upper right corner of the bubble.

To familiarize yourself with MyNavtrak and get started with basic functions quickly, we've designed a series of video tutorials that you can work through at your own pace. These training videos are accessible on MyNavtrak's Welcome Page (the first page that comes up when logging in to the portal), and are always available when you need them. They're particularly helpful if you have a colleague you need to train in using the application.

Vehicle and Place Clustering is a default feature in MyNavtrak that makes it easier for you to identify your vehicles/places at certain zoom levels.
Any time multiple vehicles or places are overlapping on a map, a cluster of icons will appear. A simple mouse-over on that cluster reveals a pop-up window displaying which vehicles and/or places are currently in that space. When you zoom in to a level where the vehicles or places are no longer touching, the cluster goes away.

It's never been easier for Navtrak users to find the closest vehicle to a certain location or other vehicle than it is in MyNavtrak. Whether you select "Find closest vehicle" from the drop-down menu in a specific vehicle's detail window, or from any point on your map via a right-click, a window displays a list of five vehicles and their distances to the original point. You can choose the best vehicle from those listed depending on what their current situations and workloads are.

You should never be limited to viewing only one map at a time in a GPS tracking application - and with MyNavtrak, you aren't! In fact, there IS no limit to the amount of maps you want to set up and have open at once - which is an invaluable feature for those managing fleets of vehicles located in different sites/regions.
In addition, MyNavtrak features display options and features you won't find in other GPS software apps, including the ability to display multiple maps along with our vehicle status window, and one-click tiling to instantly view all of your maps simultaneously.

MyNavtrak features an enhanced set of routing tools that makes analyzing and planning routes easier than ever before. You can instantly find routes between important points on your map, and then generate turn-by-turn directions that can be printed or emailed for distribution. The Playback features allow you to view past routes taken by your drivers, or compare multiple routes taken on the same map. Lastly, with MyNavtrak you can assign and schedule routes to multiple drivers on specific dates.
